Light brightness control circuit diagram

Light Brightness Control diagram:

Light Brightness Control wiring: Power is in the correct direction to flow through the LED DC line 12V power supply. The brightness is determined by the current control line or the speed of the flow of the Potentiometer resistor of using a Battery 12v DC power supply. The more electrons filling holes, the more photons are released, and the higher the brightness output 12v dc.

Materials used to make the Light Brightness Control:

1.DC Light

LED (Light Emitting Diode) is basically a type of diode that emits light at a certain voltage. These LED bulbs operate at a very low voltage such as 2~3 volts. When the diode is forward biased by emitting light, the free electrons of the n-type semiconductor gain electrical energy from the DC source and move from the balance band to the conduction band, and under the influence of electric stress, current flows through the junction p-type.In p-type most of the carrier holes are located in the valence band. This is basically how the p-n junction becomes a light source.

2.Resistor

The main function of a resistor is to block current flow or drop voltage in an electronic circuit. In short, the function of a resistor is to prevent the flow of electricity. When we know about electronics, the first name that comes up is resistor. It is basically a common component of electronics. This element is used in every electronic circuit. A resistor is a very familiar element to those who work with electronics. It has a special function, the resistance is denoted by R. Its unit is the ohm (Ω). The figure below shows some resistor symbols that are used on various circuit boards and circuit diagrams.

3.Regulator

The main component of an electrical regulator is a Triac. This triac cuts a certain portion of the supply AC voltage wave and supplies power to the load. As a result, power is not supplied to the load throughout the complete cycle i.e. 360 degrees, but power is supplied to the load for a shorter period of time. This reduces the average power delivered to the load over a period of time and slows down the fan speed. To install the fan regulator, connect the phase wire (phase wire means red as current wire) from the fan switch to the regulator and the other wire from the regulator to the phase wire of the fan.

4.Potentiometer

A variable resistor is a type of resistor whose electrical resistance value is adjusted according to demand. A variable resistor is used in an electronic circuit to adjust the circuit resistance as a means of controlling the voltage or current in a circuit. Electrical resistance is varied by sliding a wiper contact along a resistance track. In many cases, the resistance is adjusted as needed during circuit building by adjusting the screw attached to it and sometimes the resistance can be adjusted as needed by adjusting the knob attached to it.
